The Scarecrow: Episode 4
🇷🇴 Episodul 4: „Semnele din Pământ”

După evenimentele din episoadele anterioare, familia nu mai poate ignora faptul că ferma nu este doar un loc izolat, ci un teritoriu „activ”, ca și cum ceva îl controlează din interior. În episodul 4, tensiunea ajunge la un nou nivel, iar realitatea începe să se distorsioneze tot mai des.

Protagonistul descoperă primele semne fizice ale blestemului: simboluri vechi gravate în sol, ascunse sub stratul de pământ al câmpului. Aceste marcaje nu sunt aleatorii — ele par a forma un tip de „hartă” sau un ritual incomplet. În același timp, sperietoarea de ciori nu mai rămâne statică. Aparițiile ei devin mai frecvente, mai apropiate și, cel mai important, mai „intenționate”.

Un membru al familiei începe să se comporte ciudat, ca și cum ar auzi voci venind din câmp. Noaptea, este atras în mod inexplicabil spre mijlocul ogorului, unde pământul pare mai moale, aproape viu. Încercările de a părăsi ferma devin tot mai dificile, ca și cum drumul înapoi nu mai duce spre exterior, ci tot mai adânc în același loc.

Pe măsură ce investigația continuă, protagonistul găsește o legătură între vechii proprietari ai fermei și disparițiile din trecut. Se conturează ideea că sperietoarea nu este un simplu „obiect blestemat”, ci o ancoră pentru ceva care a fost ținut sub control de generații întregi.

Finalul episodului aduce o descoperire tulburătoare: una dintre marcajele din pământ este recent activată.

🇬🇧 Episode 4: “Signs in the Soil”

After the events of the previous episodes, the family can no longer deny that the farm is not just an isolated place, but an active territory—as if something is controlling it from within. Episode 4 escalates the tension further, as reality begins to break down more frequently.

The protagonist discovers the first physical signs of the curse: ancient symbols carved into the soil, hidden beneath the surface of the field. These markings are not random—they appear to form a map or an incomplete ritual. Meanwhile, the scarecrow is no longer static. Its appearances become more frequent, closer, and most importantly, more intentional.

One family member begins acting strangely, as if hearing voices coming from the fields. At night, they are inexplicably drawn toward the center of the cornfield, where the ground feels softer, almost alive. Attempts to leave the farm become increasingly difficult, as if every path outward is subtly redirecting them back inside.

As the investigation deepens, the protagonist uncovers a connection between the former owners of the farm and past disappearances. A disturbing theory begins to form: the scarecrow is not just a cursed object, but an anchor holding something far more dangerous in place.

The episode ends with a chilling discovery—one of the symbols in the soil has just been reactivated.
